Marium Ahmed is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years of expertise in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at National Refinery Limited since June 2011, Marium manages recruitment processes, performance appraisals, and employee data processing while also being a POWER USER of SAP HRMS. Previous roles include Manager HR/Planning at ABM Data Systems (Pvt.) Ltd and Manager Planning & Development at Friends Radio Communication, where Marium implemented HRM systems and led various HR functions. Marium's career began with an internship at Johnson & Johnson in the marketing division. Marium holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology, along with a BSc from PECHS College for Women, and earlier education from Govt. College Zamzama and The City School.
