Ruben Izgelov is a seasoned professional in real estate and private lending, serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at We Lend LLC since April 2018, where the focus is on providing accessible capital for investment properties. In addition, Ruben co-founded States Capital in January 2022, targeting business-purpose loans secured by real estate, and founded Urban Loop Realty in January 2023, a brokerage specializing in the New York City and Tri-state area. Ruben's expertise is further demonstrated through advisory roles with the National Private Lenders Association and participation in various organizations, including the American Association of Private Lenders.
