Brian Mingham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and lending sectors. As the Founder and President of CFSI Loan Management since May 2013, Brian Mingham has focused on reducing construction project risks for lenders through a customer-centric approach. In August 2023, Brian Mingham launched NITRO-AI, a startup aimed at innovating construction finance. As a Founding Board Member of the National Private Lenders Association since June 2019, Brian Mingham advises on the importance of private lending in the real estate market. Additionally, as a Construction Advisor for National Lending Experts since March 2020, Brian Mingham contributes expertise to enhance collaboration within the private lending community. Previous roles include President of National Real Estate Solutions from March 2009 to March 2018, Division Manager at JPMorgan Chase from June 2007 to March 2009, and various leadership positions at Countrywide Home Loans from 1997 to 2007.
