Mary Plunkett is a versatile professional with a background in art and design, currently serving as the Education Officer at the National Print Museum since November 2019. Alongside this role, Mary has been a Letterpress Book Artist for Belgrave Private Press and an Artist & Printmaker at Graphic Studio Dublin since 2012, where membership includes contributions as a studio assistant collaborating with Director Robert Russell. In addition to tutoring letterpress courses at the National College of Art and Design, Mary's experience encompasses freelance graphic design work, notably during a master's program that included a Designer in Residence position at Distillers Press. A prior Library Assistant role at the National Irish Visual Arts Library and internships at Hand & Eye Letterpress further highlight Mary's extensive involvement in the visual arts sector, supported by an academic foundation of degrees in Visual Communication and History of Art from leading institutions.
