Salesforce Product Owner at National Pork Board

Nicole Higgins has had diverse work experience over the years. Nicole started their career at Voya Financial as a Customer Service Representative, where they answered phone calls and provided information on annuity products. Nicole later joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Customer Contact Center Supervisor, resolving escalated situations and mentoring call center representatives. Nicole then became a Process Excellence Manager at Cognizant, leading project teams and utilizing Lean Six Sigma for process improvements. Following this, they joined Mercer and held various roles including Associate, Business Analyst, and Salesforce Business Product Owner. In these roles, they were responsible for call center and client reporting, process improvements, and Salesforce troubleshooting. Nicole is currently working at the National Pork Board as both a Business Analyst and Salesforce Product Owner.

Nicole Higgins completed their elementary education and teaching degree from Morningside University between 1999 and 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Prior to that, they attended Woodbury Central High School and obtained their diploma in 1999. Additionally, Nicole has obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in July 2020 and a Series 6 certification from ING U.S. in November 2005.
