Julie Wells has been with the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) since September 2002, where Julie has advanced through various roles to become the IT Service Delivery Manager. In this position, Julie manages a team of six IT support analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to over 800 staff members. Previous roles include IT Service Desk Manager and IT Service Desk Supervisor, highlighting a strong track record in customer-centric IT service management. Additionally, as an IT Asset Administrator, Julie monitored software installations and managed the lifecycle of IT equipment. Prior to NPL, Julie worked at Budget Rent a Car from May 1996 to August 2002 as a Warranty Administrator, where responsibilities included managing vehicle warranty claims for various manufacturers.
