Missy White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, and organizational development. Currently serving as a City Councilwoman for the City of Lander, WY since November 2018, Missy provides fiduciary and policy oversight. As the Director of On-line Learning at All American Leadership, LLC and Owner of M. White Consulting Group, LLC, Missy has expertise in training, conflict management, and executive coaching. Additionally, Missy has held instructional roles at the Wilderness Medicine Institute of NOLS and NOLS since 1985. Prior experience includes consulting for JWA Lean Consulting and serving as Senior Program Coordinator for NOLS Professional Training. Missy holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Davidson College.
