Roger Vandenberg has extensive experience in engineering and design, currently serving as an Engineer at National Nail Corp. since May 1984. In this role, Roger oversees innovation design and build projects, product development, machine design, and tool and die design, in addition to being an inventor and journeyman toolmaker with expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems. Prior to this position, Roger worked as a journeyman tool and die maker and machine builder at Hi-Teck from June 1982 to May 1984, specializing in stamping and progressive dies and special machine fabrication. Earlier in their career, Roger gained sales experience at Zager from 1978 to 1982. Roger pursued education at Grand Rapids Community College from 1984 to 1990.
