Previous roles include Western Regional Sales Manager at Hayward Lumber, where specialized expertise was utilized to enhance regional sales and operations. Paul also served as General Manager at Pacific Coast Building Products, focusing on culture integration and fiscal stabilization post-acquisition. With a foundational background in various managerial positions at Hayward Lumber and Payless Cashways, Paul has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills throughout a career spanning over three decades. Paul studied at Bakersfield College and the Leadership Management Institute of The Rogue Valley.
