Chris Colyn is an experienced engineer specializing in product design and development, currently serving as a Product Engineer at National Nail Corp. since March 2020. With a strong background in mechanical engineering from positions at Miller Tool and Die and CertainTeed Corporation, Chris has led multi-functional teams, overseen the design and implementation of automated systems, and contributed to product testing and documentation. Previously held roles include Sound Engineer at Piper Audio Visual and Head of Design and Invention at Conceptual Innovations, where Chris focused on custom test equipment and audio system design. Chris holds a PDET in Product Design Engineering from Ferris State University and a CADD degree from Kellogg Community College.
