Victoria Gray is an accomplished mediator with extensive experience in conflict resolution. Since 2009, Victoria has served as a Mediator at the National Mediation Board and has been a key member of Mediators Beyond Borders since 2010, currently holding a position on the Board of Directors. In addition, Victoria has contributed to the Mediator Certification Consortium of California (MC3) as the Secretary of the Board of Directors since January 2018, where the organization establishes qualification standards for mediators. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution from Dominican University and a Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from California State University, Northridge.
