Kelsey Kelleher is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel for the U.S. Senate since May 2022. Kelsey has held notable positions including Confidential Assistant at the National Mediation Board since May 2018, Director of Administration for the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2017 to May 2018, and Deputy Finance Director for Smucker for Congress in late 2016. Prior roles also include Scheduler/Executive Assistant and Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives from August 2015 to July 2016. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Program of Liberal Studies and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and has completed Juris Doctor degrees at American University Washington College of Law and The George Washington University Law School.
