Denise Hedges is an experienced educator and mediator currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Applied Social Sciences at Dominican University, where responsibilities include teaching and designing graduate courses in mediation and negotiation for the Master's in Conflict Resolution Program. In addition to this role, Denise has been a Senior Mediator at the National Mediation Board since 2000. Previously, Denise held the position of President and CEO at the Association of Professional Flight Attendants from April 1992 to March 2000, leading an organization of 23,000 members. Denise holds a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution from Dominican University and a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Southern Methodist University.
