Ilana Walder-Biesanz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business operations, strategy, and education. Currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of National Math Stars, Ilana aims to provide resources for mathematically talented students from all communities. Previous roles include Executive in Residence at Carina Initiatives, Manager and Consultant at Bain & Company, and various positions in consulting, development, and product management. Notable achievements include leading initiatives to enhance student recruitment and retention in a charter school network, developing commercial strategies, and managing strategic projects at American Ballet Theatre. Ilana holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in Engineering from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
