Dave Osborne has extensive experience in the manufacturing engineering sector, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer at National Machinery since October 2011, where responsibilities include manufacturing engineering, CAD, calibration, inspection, equipment justification, material testing, failure analysis, supplier quality, laser engraver programming, and PDM/ERP. Prior to this role, Dave was a Dimensional Lab Supervisor at Revere Plastics Systems from June 2009 to October 2011 and a Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer at M-Tek Inc from April 2002 to June 2009. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a focus on Manufacturing Technology from Bowling Green State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering CAD/CAM from Terra State Community College.
