Jack Benefield is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and sustainable building, with a diverse range of experience. As the owner of Benefield Home Services since 2017, Jack oversees various home service projects. In addition, as a project manager for The Seneca Treehouse Project, Jack has successfully managed the completion of an earthen structure and implemented sustainable design practices. Jack serves as a land specialist with National Land Realty, focusing on connecting buyers and sellers in Upstate South Carolina, particularly in specialized properties such as timberland and farmland. Previous roles include experience as a sustainable builder with Earthship Biotecture and various positions in real estate support and management. Jack holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
