Mr. Schierburg joined the National Jewish Health Board in 2003, and served as chair from 2012 to 2016. He has also served as chair of the institution’s Development Board, and as a member of the Executive, Facilities and Real Estate committees. Mr. Schierburg is also board chair of Archdiocesan Housing, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
Mr. Schierburg, a veteran developer and investment broker, has founded several companies, including most recently Peregrine Group Development LLC, a land development, retail and multi-family development firm. He began his career as an investment broker at CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Schierburg earned a bachelor’s degree from Seattle University, and attended both Stanford University and University of Colorado Master of Business Administration programs. Mr. Schierburg and his wife, Linda, have two grown children.
