Ben Nolan has extensive experience in web management and customer service, currently serving as Web Manager at the National Institute of Building Sciences since July 2020. Prior to this role, Ben spent over thirteen years at Arena Stage, initially as a Lead Sales Associate and then as Website & New Media Manager, where responsibilities included designing and supporting web projects for theatrical productions and collaborating with designers on various initiatives. Earlier in the career, Ben worked as a Ticket Office Associate at Strathmore Hall Foundation, Inc. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art from the University of Maryland, earned between 1999 and 2003.
