Venkat Kumar Tangirala is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and management. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Windstream Energy Technologies India Pvt. Ltd since July 2015, Venkat also holds the position of Governing Council Member at the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India since March 2023. As a Director at Siyaton Global Solutions Inc., Venkat has been instrumental in providing technical and workforce solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the United States. Previous roles include President for WindStream Technologies in India and South East Asia, Head of the Green Products division and Defense Electronics Business Development at HBL Power Systems, and President of Sensorgrid in India. Venkat began the career as an Information Technology Consultant at Apar Infotech Inc. Venkat holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, earned in 1998.
