Renaud Francart

Renaud Francart possesses extensive experience in social security and independent sector management, currently serving as a conseiller at UCM since July 2011. Active in multiple committees and boards, Renaud has been an effective member of organizations such as the Comité Général de Gestion pour le statut social des indépendants and the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance since June 2011 and February 2012, respectively. Previous roles include expert in social status for the Minister of Independents and SMEs and coordinator for quality at the Caisse d'Assurances Sociales. Renaud holds a Licence in Law from Université catholique de Louvain, a Master in Quality Management from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, and completed initial studies in Law at Université de Namur.
