Gabrielle Caceres is a seasoned legal expert specializing in international and European social security law, currently serving as a jurist at the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (INAMI-RIZIV) since January 2017. Prior to this role, Gabrielle held research fellowships at Université Libre de Bruxelles and F.R.S. - FNRS, and gained international research experience as a visiting researcher at King's College London and UC Berkeley. Gabrielle's academic credentials include a PhD in Juridical Science and a Master's degree in Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Law from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
