Kultar Singh Garcha currently serves as Global Medical Director at Flow Neuroscience and as a GP standing member on the Quality Standards Advisory Committee for NICE. With over a decade of experience as a General Practitioner at NHS and as a GP Partner at Hounslow Family Practice, Kultar has led significant digital transformation initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President of Quality and Governance at Babylon, where Kultar managed quality and governance for US operations, and Clinical Lead for Dementia at Hounslow CCG, enhancing dementia recognition and management. Academically, Kultar is pursuing a Master's degree in Medical Leadership from Bayes Business School, having earned an MBBS from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Physiology and Pharmacology from UCL.
