Steve Wolfe is an accomplished Product Manager at NISC since August 2011, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Project Manager and Customer Support Manager at Quintrex Data Systems from July 1996 to August 2011. In these positions, Steve managed the development of Technical Support Representatives, established the first Help Desk team, and ensured quality technical support for the QDS software system. Earlier experience includes providing 24/7 technical support for Rockwell Collins' Highway Transportation GPS dispatch product and training end users, as well as serving as a Training/Installation Representative at Quintrex Data Systems, where installation and training for telephony software were key responsibilities. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa, where studies took place from 1986 to 1988.
