Renée Ottmar CSP-SM, ICP-ACC, CSPO is an experienced Agile Project Manager with a diverse background in facilitating project delivery and enhancing team effectiveness across various organizations. Currently serving as Agile Project Manager II at NISC, Renée focuses on project events and collaborative planning using Agile principles. Previous roles include Scrum Master II at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where engagement and capability growth were prioritized, and Agile Coach at Da Vinci Software, fostering a collaborative Agile culture. Renée also has management experience from positions at the North Dakota Women's Business Center, Managed Business Solutions, and Pearson Education, among others, overseeing complex software development projects and promoting Agile best practices. Renée holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University.
