Roger Tucker, MAM, has extensive experience in IT Service Delivery and support, currently serving in Network Operations Support at National Indemnity Company since July 2015. In addition to ongoing responsibilities addressing hardware and software issues, Roger actively participates in implementing the company’s Single Pane of Glass application. Previously, Roger worked as an IT Consultant since April 2014, and held positions at First Data Corporation from June 2007 to April 2014, including Production Administrator and Sr. Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included the administration of B2B managed file transmission solutions and support for production systems in a global command center environment. Roger's career began as an IT Consultant and Network Engineer at The Computer Man from September 1998 to June 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Networking Administration from Bellevue University, alongside an Associate in Applied Science in Networking Technology from Amarillo College and a CCNA from Cisco Networking Academy.
