Finayon Simpson is a seasoned Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst with extensive experience in liaising with stakeholders to enhance business processes and ensure adherence to requirements. Currently employed at National Indemnity Company since May 2023, Finayon previously held similar roles at Floki Soft from September 2018 to April 2023, focusing on developing process maps, writing user stories, conducting user acceptance testing, and managing project documentation. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Liaison Interpreter at the Office of Language Services from September 2011 to September 2018, facilitating communication for French-speaking participants and compiling project reports. Finayon holds a B.A. in French - Language and International Business from Georgia State University and an M.A. in Translation & Interpreting from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
