Pauline McIndoe, CBAP, BSc, is an experienced Business Analyst currently employed at the National Housing Trust since 2001, where significant contributions include managing project scopes, analyzing requirements, and developing training materials. As a founding member and VP of Education & Professional Development at the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Kingston Jamaica Chapter since 2009, McIndoe has been instrumental in advancing professional development and mentoring fellow Business Analysts. Previous experience includes roles as a Banker at the National Commercial Bank and a Research Assistant at the National Family Planning Board. McIndoe holds a BSc in Accounts & Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
