Sofia Sevilla is an accomplished young leader currently serving as a Seasonal Mentor Professional at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast since July 2024. Previously, Sofia held the position of ASB Senior Class President at Samueli Academy from August 2022 to June 2024, where responsibilities included training peers, managing class funds, and organizing events. As a dedicated participant in National History Day from January 2018 to June 2024, Sofia showcased innovative historical projects at various competitive levels. Sofia gained valuable experience as a Mi4 Intern at CHOC Children's, focusing on medical innovation and research. Participation in the Banking on Our Youth Program involved creating a mock business to educate younger children about entrepreneurship. Additionally, Sofia contributed as a Civic Youth Leader for the California Rapid Response Team, developing policy recommendations to address COVID-19-related community issues. Currently, Sofia is pursuing higher education at Santa Ana College while completing a High School Diploma at Samueli Academy.
