Jamall Osman has extensive experience in technology and customer service roles, currently serving as a Cloud Engineer at the National Geographic Society since October 2018, where responsibilities include leading identity and access management efforts and managing user access workflows. Previously, Jamall held positions as a Senior Windows Systems Engineer and Windows Systems Engineer, with a focus on system administration and support for various operating systems. Prior experience at Apple includes roles as a Genius and Technical Specialist, providing exceptional customer service and technical support for devices. Jamall also gained experience as a Development Intern at the Partnership for a Healthier America, contributing to fundraising activities and communications. Earlier managerial experience was gained as a Sales Manager and Assistant Pre-Owned Manager at Chevy Chase Acura, achieving significant sales growth and customer satisfaction improvements.
