Susie Wong has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Susie is currently serving as the Chief Marketing & Experience Officer at National Gallery Singapore, where they oversee various aspects of marketing and visitor experience. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at Fuji Xerox Singapore, where they played a key role in transforming the company's digital capabilities and revitalizing its corporate brand. Susie also had a long tenure at IBM, where they held various roles, including Director of Performance & Programmatic Marketing, Asia Pacific. Throughout their career, Susie has demonstrated a strong focus on driving digital strategies, building core marketing competencies, and establishing effective operating models. Susie also has experience in the public sector, having worked at the Singapore Economic Development Board, Singapore Technologies, Dentsu Young & Rubicam, and Sembawang.
Susie Wong has a diverse education history that includes both formal degrees and additional certifications. In 1987 to 1990, they attended the National University of Singapore, where they obtained a BBA (2nd Upper Honors) degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. In 2001, they attended Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, focusing on Business Marketing Strategy. The following year, in 2002, they attended Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where they pursued a degree in Marketing Management. In addition to their formal education, Susie has also obtained certifications. In 2021, they received the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore and became a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming from Mind Transformations.
