Stephen Cook has substantial experience in compliance and customer service roles, currently serving as a Supervisor with the National Futures Association since June 2021. In this role, Stephen reviews member policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations, communicates effectively with supervisors, and escalates issues of fraud or non-compliance. Previously, Stephen held positions as Head of Security at Kilroy's On Kirkwood and as a Compliance Intern at the National Futures Association, where responsibilities included conducting compliance exams and analyzing firm documents. Additional experience includes an Information Technology Summer Intern role at Lake Central School Corporation and volunteering as an Instructor at the Richton Park Fire Department. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
