Kittka's extensive experience at National Fuel Gas includes positions such as Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project management, environmental permitting, and technical specifications development. Prior roles also included Engineering Department Manager and Assistant Superintendent in both Engineering and Operations, focusing on capital expenditures and pipeline integrity management. Kittka holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Penn State University, earned from 1979 to 1984, and completed earlier education at Westmont Hilltop High School.
