Erik Gaston is an experienced professional currently serving as a Field Operations Supervisor at National Fuel Gas Company since March 2020. Prior to this role, Erik was an Associate Sales Engineer in the Leadership Development Program at Kennametal from July 2018 to December 2019, where skills in customer problem-solving and collaboration with sales teams were developed. Erik's earlier experience includes working as an Assembler at GE Transportation from May 2011 to February 2016 and as a CNC programmer, setup, and operator at Suburban Tool & Die Co from August 2007 to May 2011.
