Timothy Mullaney Sr

Director Of Labor Services at National Fraternal Order of Police

Timothy Mullaney Sr has extensive work experience in the field of law enforcement and government administration. Timothy began their career in 1972 as a police officer in the City of Dover and retired as a Lieutenant in 1992. Following this, they worked as a U.S. Marshal from 1994 to 2002. Mullaney then served as County Attorney for New Castle County Government from 2002 to 2004. Timothy was later appointed as the Director of the Fraud Division at the Delaware Department of Justice from 2007 to 2008. In 2011, Mullaney became the Chief of Staff for the State of Delaware, Department of Justice, a position they held until 2014. From 2001 to 2016, they served as the Labor Committee Chairman for the Fraternal Order of Police - Grand Lodge. Mullaney also held the role of Chief Administrative Officer for New Castle County (DE) Government from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Labor Services at the National Fraternal Order of Police, a role they have held since December 2016. In this position, they oversee labor programs and manages labor specialists for 102 police agencies across the United States. Mullaney is responsible for contract negotiations, contract administration, and labor-related training for law enforcement.
