Carol Rue SPHR, CEBS is an experienced Benefits Specialist at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) since September 2016. Previously, Carol served as Benefits Manager at Century II, managing employee benefit and retirement programs for over 200 clients. Other roles include Employee Benefits Operations Manager at Brown and Brown of Florida, Benefits Coordinator at Triad Isotopes, and Senior Benefits Consultant at The Hauser Group. Early in the career, Carol held the position of Enrollment Coordinator at Colonial Life and Accident. Education includes SPHR and CEBS certifications, along with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master of Science in Biology from Western Kentucky University.
