Edward Rickard is currently the Service Delivery Director at National Express since October 2016. Prior to this role, Edward served as the Head of Operations Finance - UK Coach at National Express from 2011 to 2015. Before joining National Express, Edward worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager from 1998 to 2011. Edward obtained their degree in ACA Chartered Accountant from the University of Bath in 1998.
