Head Of Customer Experience - Bus Division at National Express

Adam Rideout has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Adam began their career in 2001 at Stagecoach South Midlands, where they served as a Marketing Manager until 2005. Adam then moved on to Stagecoach East & Stagecoach in Warwickshire, where they held the same position until 2010. In 2010, they joined Stagecoach Midlands as a Marketing Manager until 2012. Adam then transitioned to National Express LTD, where they held the roles of Head of Marketing - Bus Division from 2012 to 2015 and Head of Customer Experience - Bus Division from 2015 onwards.

Adam Rideout attended Chilton Trinity Secondary School from 1990 to 1995. This was followed by their enrollment at Bridgwater & Taunton College, where they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science from 1995 to 1997. Afterward, they attended Oxford Brookes University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a BSc Honours degree in Marketing Management joint with Exercise & Health Science.
