Jodi Jackson REHS, MPH, is an experienced Environmental Health Specialist currently employed at Jefferson County Public Health since March 2023. Jodi has served as a body art subject matter expert for both the Association of Food and Drug Officials and the National Environmental Health Association since November and October 2018, respectively. Prior to this, Jodi worked at El Paso County Public Health from August 2015 to October 2022, gaining expertise in various environmental health programs such as body art, food safety, air quality, and vector control, alongside training new inspectors. Jodi began their career as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist at Park County Public Health from June 2014 to August 2015. Jodi holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Northeast Ohio Medical University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University.
