Debbie Abel Lucci serves as the Vice President of Development for the National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) since March 2021, focusing on environmental accessibility and community engagement. Previously, Debbie held roles at AAUW, first as Vice President of Corporate and Foundation Partnerships and then as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where strategic planning and partnership cultivation were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at the National Geographic Society, Feld Entertainment, and the League of American Theatres and Producers, Inc., where Debbie successfully generated significant sponsorship revenue through corporate partnerships. Additionally, Debbie has a background in sports marketing as an adjunct professor and has held marketing and sponsorship roles at various organizations, including the National Football League Players, Inc. Debbie holds an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Vermont.
