Daniel P. has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning within democratic development and political frameworks. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the National Endowment for Democracy since December 2019, Daniel P. provides technical assistance and training while designing evaluations for regional portfolios. Previous roles include Volunteer Coordinator for the Documentation Sciences Foundation, where Daniel P. facilitated training for political leaders in digital competencies, and Planning, M&E Officer at the Organization of American States, where Daniel P. co-designed funding proposals and drafted monitoring reports for international donors.
