Saad alrushud currently serves as the Head of the Public Relations and Communication Department at the National eLearning Center since January 2022. Prior to this role, Saad held the position of Head of Corporate Communications Department at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing from September 2021 to January 2022. From January 2016 to September 2021, Saad worked as the Head of Events Department at the Ministry of Housing - Saudi Arabia. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Content Writer at ALTAMAYOZ REAL ESTATE and a Copywriter at almowaten, as well as a Communications Specialist at the National eLearning Center. Saad began professional experience in corporate communication at alwsata. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication from King Saud University, earned in December 2015.
