Bernard Layon is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Officer III at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in the Philippines since February 2016, with a focus on overseeing the development and maintenance of information systems and databases. Bernard has a strong background in supervising staff, drafting policies, and conducting training programs. Prior to this role, Bernard worked as an Information Systems Analyst II and Computer Programmer II at NEDA, and as an Information Technology Instructor at Don Bosco Technical College, where responsibilities included creating systems and developing web applications. Education includes a Master's degree in Information Technology from Rizal Technological University and a Short Course in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University.
