Vadim Kharitonov is the Head of Product Engineering at Neon and previously worked as the Technical Director at PandaDoc. Prior to that, Vadim was a Team Lead at Wargaming and a Programmer at JLab. Vadim holds a Master of Business Administration degree in IT-management from City Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Белорусский государственный технологический университет.
