Rachel B. Larsen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in juvenile justice and prosecutorial practices. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at the National District Attorneys Association, Rachel designs and implements training and outreach for juvenile court prosecutors nationwide. Previously held roles include Juvenile Court Resource Prosecutor and Prosecution Best Practices Staff Attorney with the North Carolina Conference of District Attorneys, where Rachel focused on juvenile reforms and best practices for evidence disclosure under Brady v. In addition, Rachel has international experience as an instructor in comparative justice and has contributed as a Child Abuse Resource Prosecutor in North Carolina. Rachel's legal career began as an Assistant District Attorney and also includes teaching experience as an English teacher at Enloe High School. Rachel holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Wellesley College.
