Andrew McCartney is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with extensive experience at Bank of America since August 2004, where roles have included SVP, Human Resources Executive; SVP, Talent Acquisition Executive; and SVP, Staffing Executive, among others. Additionally, Andrew serves as a Board Member for the National Disability Institute. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources at First Data Corporation from March 2003 to August 2004 and staffing/HR management positions at Gateway from June 1998 to March 2002. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Westmont College, earned between 1994 and 1998.
