Jesus Hidalgo is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Client Success Nearshore Operations at National Debt Relief, LLC since February 2024, Jesus previously held the position of Sr Director of Operations and Country Manager at Alorica from August 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, Jesus was the Country Manager and Director of Site Operations at Concentrix from August 2009 to August 2019, and served as Service Delivery Manager at Stream Global Services from August 2005 to August 2008, focusing on performance and financial health in customer care operations. Jesus holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad del Caribe in the Dominican Republic.
