Richard Chapman is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity with a focus on workforce development and security operations management. Currently serving as the Cyber Security Program Director and SOC Manager at National Cyber Group and CyberNow Labs, Richard oversees the development and training of SOC analysts, implements advanced tools and processes, and enhances SOC operations to optimize analyst performance. Previous roles include Managed Security Operations Center Analyst at Raytheon Intelligence & Space and various positions in recruitment and team management at Colonial Life and Aflac. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rollins College, as well as an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Eastern Florida State College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
