Zach Sears is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and network management, currently serving as a Senior System Administrator I at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) since April 2013. In this role, Zach maintains and supports various IT infrastructure systems, including Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365, and is actively involved in IT security efforts. Prior to NCSBN, Zach worked at the Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana in various roles, including System Engineer and IT Technical Site Supervisor, overseeing desktop support and server management at St. Catherine's Hospital and St. Mary Medical Center.
