Rob Hoshaw is a seasoned professional with a strong background in grant writing and environmental studies. Currently serving as a Senior Grant Writer at the National Council of Nonprofits since October 2023, Rob previously held the position of Operations Director at LONG TOM WATERSHED COUNCIL from February 2010 to October 2023. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon (2007-2009) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology and English from North Dakota State University (2002-2007). Early career roles include Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Oregon, Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Nanoscale Science & Engineering, Laboratory Assistant at North Dakota State Seed Department, and Fisheries Intern at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
