Aditi Banerjee is a Junior Project Fellow at the Department of Teacher Education NCERT since September 2015, focusing on English language support and research related to reflective teaching and learning policies. Previously, Aditi served as a Research Investigator at UNICEF from August 2014 to January 2015, engaging with mothers of children experiencing Severe Acute Malnutrition to explore the socio-economic and cultural factors involved. Aditi holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Gargi College (2009-2012). Educational background includes attendance at Lady Irwin School from 1997 to 2009.
